SUMMER GARDEN WEDDING AT ALTAMONT MANOR / UPSTATE NEW YORK WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
From the moment I met Kayla & Eric at Thatcher Park for their engagement session, I loved them. Yeah, I know that sounds very forward, but hear me out. You know those friends who you always invite to dinner parties/concerts/trips or any sort of social outing because they are just really f’ing fun to be around, and it’s infectious, so they make everything better just by being there? Yeah, that’s Kayla & Eric. This is so sappy, and I hate myself for writing something so cheesy, but you can just feel the love between them. Obviously, it’s no surprise that their late summer garden wedding at the gorgeous Altamont Manor in upstate New York was infectiously fun from start to finish. I’m pretty sure they were both smiling from ear to ear the entire day, and it was an absolute pleasure to photograph their union. Kayla is a graphic designer, and I especially loved the rose-themed design she created as an homage to her new last name, even carrying over to her beautiful custom wedding dress by Svetlana Bridal Couture. For dinner, they wanted to incorporate their favorite cuisines, and Nicole’s Catering absolutely knocked it out of the park with their fun and delicious mexican, chinese, and sushi bars. Looking back at these photos always puts me in a good mood, and I’m so excited to share them!
